2221 kcal Fat: 96.28g | Prot: 137.41g | Carb: 218.12g.   Breakfast: Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), eggs. Lunch: miracle whip, whole wheat hamburger buns, Chicken Breast Patties. Dinner: onion, whole wheat hamburger buns, cooked ground beef, fleischmans, barilla whole grain spaghetti. Snacks/Other: GOLEAN Naturally Sweetened Fiber Twigs, Soy Protein Grahams and Honey Puff Cereal, Peanuts in Shell (Shell Not Eaten), pear, clementines. more...
