Well, I've been off exercising for 4 days and today I did a rather intense, but not long yoga stretch. It felt sooooo good. I think I overdid it last week with 5 days of Jillian and 3 days of Jackie. I also had much poking and squeezing on Friday so I was stiff and sore throughout today. The yoga really helped. At least I LOST for a change. I'm off on a road trip and I'm taking 2 videos and my weights with me, plus I plan on hiking and swimming at a reasonable altitude. I've been so stressed, it's pretty much nuts. Not sleeping either. I hope this trip makes a real difference for me...
149.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 149.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
