I forgot to Weigh In yesterday and update - oops. I remember to enter food and exercise, though. =P
Anyway, yesterday I did over 30 minutes of Wii Fit.
Today, I am giving my poor body a day off! I'm just so exhausted - I have been going, going, going non-stop Monday and Tuesday, with maybe an a couple hours to breathe each day.
So, tomorrow I'll do Wii Fit or Shred again - it depends on the heat (it has been WAY too hot)...or I'll take it easier on myself and take a walk so my daughter can play at the park.
I think I have been pushing the exercise the previous two days because I didn't like the yo-yoing when I was SO close to being at 168 pounds (that would put me back into normal weight range and out of overweight).
