it's been a different week, with some traveling, special events and my birthday. I decided to celebrate it in style. I recorded all food as best as I could remember it, but suspect I undercounted. I'm up a pound, but am okay with that, considering the various things going on and considering that I'm pretty darn close to goal. I've only been cleared for exercise the last few days, and have been doing more. I'll really ramp up on that starting on Monday, when I plan to get totally back into the program, and skip the alcohol like a good girl.
125.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
