耶!我夢寐以求的魚蛋來了
馬上全部打包回家嗑光
爽!滿滿一大碗的草魚蛋😋
蔬菜也2份 下午太餓來一條香蕉
忙完出門吃麻辣火鍋啦🙋
我要吃肉肉 我要吃肉肉😁
火鍋真是首選 有菜有肉有菇
當然火鍋料.飯.冬粉是一定沒有的

三天沒運動 腳有點微酸 欠練喔😏
諾麗果粉落2天 今天+++👍
150.1 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
