Help my eating is out of control. Stress/anxiety. Food doesn't make it go away so why do I do it! The things that do make it go away, activity, etc. I don't want to do. Seriously need to get back on track. Even though I am a WW coach, I attended a WW meeting as a member, hoping that helps.
