Saw my nutrionest yesterday. We talked about sodium intake and portion sizes. Also types of fat and which oils ate best to use and the benefits of butter versus margarine.
The last few days have been hectic. For lunch I did a smoothie made with Whey protein to boost my protine.
180.1 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 40.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
