Low key day yesterday. Work, chores, dinner, relax. Much needed.

I did my 9 mins on the fit board.

OMAD was left over roast chicken sandwiches, green beans, & corn on the cob. 😁

66 oz water
248.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
