Here I go again...hopefully this time I can stick to it and keep it off for good. Made it through 5 months last time, no cheating and kept it off reasonably well till the last couple of months and then I have Lost control. Praying God will give me strength and stamina to treat my body as a temple instead of a garbage pail!
