wow, what's up with that! Could it be the corticosteroid puffers I've been on this last week as I've been sick with the flu for two weeks which triggered my Asthma? not very encouraging to see these numbers on top of the flu 😟
250.4 lb Lost so far: 39.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
