Well...considering how poorly I did over my birthday and I didn't gain anything I consider that a major upshot. I was really shocked when I got on the scale. However I did add another 15 minute to my power walk the last two days. Plan to keep that up. Hopefully that last 5lb will come off.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
