I am still struggling with alcohol intake, which probably amounts to 25% or more of my calories, but I have been slowly cutting down. The holidays aren't helping much with that. The good news is that I have been working out a little more, doing light to moderate aerobics in the evenings and I have managed to get two yoga sessions in and a very strenuous ab workout. Overall, I am slowly building towards the lifestyle that I want which will hopefully result in getting down to my ideal weight.
