Based on what I ate yesterday I thought it would be much worse. Time to really buckle down and get down to 165. I don't think I can get it much lower than that consistently but I'm still going to try.
170.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
