The loss of approx .5 kg or less it was 73 kg approx with margin of error of weighting scale (digital) due to fact as i skipped dinner as i slept on 2nd june night and breakfast some porridge and boiled rice took for lunch also walked 4 km in evening 02nd june and quick cycle in sunday church going and comming.moroever feeling tired all the time .Afraid if i am suffering from any serious illness like cancer or what .Can't say .Also in depression since years.Only cycle ride give me pleasure.EAting minimal of rice.even my backbone going bent as unable to support while sitting .what is happenign to my body.Getting weaker and weaker at 32 .Remember my school days 17 18 years old tiem i was so active would run from school to home .So energitic even during college time.was so energetic .Now like a oldman.Even my father 64 years old is more energetic than me and does household chores as mother no more since 2004.Any how I had achieved the impossible of 61.9 kg in April 2014 can't believe it was hardwork and dedication and obsession .I don't want that body any more only i wan't healthy body muscular body. One more thing i am having liver syrup ayurvedic one after meals.
