birthday celebration, off parole celebration over. time to get back to my routine :) i dinied myself nothing and im amaized at how much i can't eat. i did count my callories, but i can't hold near the same amoint of food i could this time last yerar. i could eat one whole large papa murphy's pizza, half of another, plus breadsticks and a salad. long journey, im glad ive made progress in my eating habits over the year. now i get the thin crust and get full feeling like i'll bust off half of one :)
311.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
