😁 thank you 😁 top tip... Don't stop. Especially on the days where for whatever reason, the scale has gone up. Find a plan that works with your lifestyle and offers you enough flexibility to live without feeling deprived of anything. My plan is IF 16:8 (sometimes 18:6), limited calories (between 1300-1500, max 1700 - but rarely) and exercise 3-4 x weekly (mostly boxing bags/pads/hiit/swimming + lots of dog walking). I eat carbs and chocolate, I haven't eliminated anything, but I count everything. Also I don't really drink alcohol. Since getting fitter this year, I seem to have lost interest in drinking.

Nice Shereen. I gym 4 times a week (aerobics) and it at most 1500 cals. I have a weakness for gin 😁 which may be slowing me down...but I'll get there.
