Successful 16 hour fast the last two days. I am feeling much better, but felt way too congested yesterday to go to yoga. Maybe I will be good to go this afternoon.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 74.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
