So I gained 20 pounds since last summer, and my digestive system has been a train wreck. It took the doctors months to finally conclude it was my gallbladder. This past Tuesday, May 28th, that little puppy was removed... No stones, no sludge, just inflammation. I started trying to eat again Wednesday evening. Veggie broth and crackers. Yesterday I ate a little more, adding carrots and snap peas, and some newly discovered Egg White Curls from my favorite snack peeps Lesser Evil. I’ve lost a little over 5 pounds since Tuesday, so there’s no better time to get the rest of this hideous weight off, than now!
199.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
