If this is my new “up” weight then I’m totally stoked about that! I wanted to get to under 214 by the end of the week, and being perfect on diet and exercise today, plus fasted cardio tomorrow is going to knock it out of the park. Happy Friday everyone!
214.9 lb Lost so far: 64.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
