早餐吃幾口後一直餓到晚餐才吃
因為沒得買,所以撐到晚上
真耐餓,但這樣肚子太痛了😕
晚餐吃飽飽,豬排+蛋 配魚肉粥👍
+手部運動*2組 +核心運動 +諾麗果
150.4 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
