My weight is fluctuating up and down right now by quite a bit. A few days ago at night I weighed in at 176 and this week it has been all over the place. This morning it is 181. I know I am not drinking enough water with being too busy and I avoided cookies & cake yesterday at the office, but had a few earlier in the week. I have been doing well with exercise and yesterday I went to the gym twice (morning and evening) with two classes and weights. My body fat is now down to 27.6% and I have lost inches again, which is awesome and my clothes are still loose. I don't think my extra weight is all muscle gain though, so I will have to watch it closely. Overall I am still happy with what I have done this year. :)
