I hit my goal weight. Now it’s time to set a new goal to 160. I just jogged 🏃🏼♀️ 7 min straight and can do OVER A MILE in less than 20min. Been doing this treadmill thing for 2 months now. Kudos 🖐🏽 to me. Down 5 pounds too! 💪🏽If I don’t believe in myself, no one else will believe in me!!
