Have cut out snacking post dinner for last week and moderating my breakfast and lunch with (mostly) fruit and canned vegetable which seems to have me back on track. Still enjoying my weekends a little too much.
157.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
