did exercise more this week. will continue to excerise. have to try harder to wake up. must take one day at a time. also must continue to use this program. also belive i lost a inch. :)
331.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 181.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
