no sugar on purpose, no carbs on purpose and at least 60mins jogging daily
portion control and no eating after 7pm is really important:)
that's pretty much what I do everyday
anyone want to chat with me I'm available:)
187.0 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.0 lb a week
