This past month has been a real struggle to stay motivated. My diet and exercise have fallen off significantly and it has been tough to get into it. Yesterday i really pushed myself to get back on track. I headed to the gym for 45 mins using the stationary bike and rowing machine for warming up followed by a moderate upper body work out. later on, i again pushed myself to get outside for a run and managed to get in 5km. Feeling better about the day, i was able to motivate myself to get in a meal prep for the week too. feeling positive.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
