700g loss yay...
326.9 lb Lost so far: 81.1 lb.    Still to go: 106.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.8 lb a week

Salt and pepper it's mainly yog and fruit breakfast and lunch is normally whole grain toast with marmite cheese or peanut butter and supper is cooked veg and meat at the moment but I started of eating protein with each meal to stop hunger pains but now I don't even feel hungryI don't exerwjust yet as I'm stil

Exercise yet as I suffer nerve damage in my legs from diabetes and I drink 2 to 3lt water a day
