1. Trying to eat slower as I noticed it takes me 7 minutes to eat a whole meal. I do anything I can to make the time longer. 2. Logging my food. Took me two weeks to get into it but it does help. Pleased when I see I still have points left. 3. Trying new foods and recipes a little at a time 4. Learned a light the greek yogurt if I put a little brown sugar twin in it. 5. Drinking a lot of water but always have so no problem., I think if you can do this for awhile you learn to love the taste and refreshing feeling. Now that summer is here its a good time to create the habit. 6. Really need to eat more protein. Keeps you satisfied throughout the day and body needs the protein. 7. I wear a fit bit. After a few days of tracking to get your average steps, start striving for another 1,000 steps to get yourself moving. Again it takes time but one step at a time adds up.
