四天沒運動了,再不動會生懶
手部運動15動作*2組
深蹲運動30下 +諾麗果粉(每天)
果真很酸 每天飲食都隨意
但有少吃澱粉 最近常吃吐司😊
151.0 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
