I am really struggling to eat. For years it was all about losing weight and watching calories or more so anything that went in my mouth. Now I have to completely rethink food and considered heavy junk food to just basically maintain. I dropped down to 118 pounds and very slowly am trying to get it up. I am supposed to take in 2650 calories a day.. I average 1700 and even then its eating high protein and high fat crap. Candy, chips, fast food. I hate it!!! How do I get past this change.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 195.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
