Whew, what a workout. This is the first Monday that isn't sluggish. I weighed myself this morning expecting gain/same...but I lost another 3 lbs. which takes me to 262. I love that I can lose at this point with just making minor tweaks here and there and exercising 4x week!

On the elliptical this morning I doubled my distance to 2.3 and burned 464 calories according to the machine! It felt awesome!
262.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 122.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
