soo I went to NY for my sister's graduation!! I was there for five days! I totally ate whatever I wanted for the most part but the thing is I know I didn't overeat really; my stomach is used to eating less now and my mind is used to stopping when full. I also walked a hell of a lot there because we were showing her friend around-- so it just about balanced out. And at the end of the trip I've actually lost about 2lbs! whoo!!!
