OMG, I had a cupcake as part of a graduation celebration and ended up with a headache for the better part of the day. :( Sugar is not my friend. Be well, everyone!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
