Look who's back... back again! 😂 I weighed over 190 this weekend for the first time in forever and that ruined my self confidence. I go to the beach next month and want to look and feel good. plan to track food here, make conscious choices and try to add some workouts to the mix. 😊 Would like to be in mid 170s by vacation - 30 days from today!
185.3 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
