今天公休 但突然早起了 可惜😞
下午開商圈大會 晚上吃夜市
好像有點吃過頭了 鳳梨一包
餅乾2包 燴飯半份 豆腐鍋一份
越南炸芋頭一大份
黑糖仙草甘茶+鮮奶一杯😌
吃的很滿足 但睡前量多2公斤😱😱
149.5 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
