I never thought being 123# would make me happy. I know this a great weight, but not for contest prep. But I am happy to see that just a couple days of eating "on program" and the carb load weight is dropping fast. Diet breaks are so good for you.... feeling stronger than ever in the gym. makes me happy to see what will happen during my improvement season after the show on 6/22!
123.3 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
