Been on hiatus while work has been running me over. This week things should begin to be better. I have continued to watch what I eat but haven't been tracking it here. Was nice to step on the scale today and see that I've been maintaining...hope that this time next week I see progress again. Going to work at this again...but seeing that this is a bit like quitting smoking was...it took several tries before it really fell in place.
