Still creeping lower...despite my slight increase in wine (normally only 1 glass) over the last few days. Well, the wedding is coming and teh BS-ing with the relatives is more fun over wine! lol!
I took my off day yesterday since I had dance lessons for an hour with an hour of practice yesterday AND
Sunday did yoga in the AM with walking at 10%incline 4.0 mph for 45 min and weights on shoulders plus. With a double day my body needed a break so my Tuesday will be my normal Monday workout and blah, blah...
Happy Tuesday...I still have a million things to do!
