it's CRAZY how hard it is to lose weight for me...I walked 6 miles yesterday....and stuck to my diet...didn't lose an ounce!!! I hope to see BIG results tomorrow!!!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
