I excercized this weekend but I also bought cookies this weekend and did not eat very regularly. This is standard yo-yo weight gain but I really thought with the excercise I put it that it would have at least stayed flat. damn ginger snaps.
154.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

I've experienced the same yo-yo. I try to keep in mind that it is so much easier to gain weight than it is to lose weight. So when your thinking your leveling it all out or "staying flat" your not really. I used to go to a professional trainer way back in the day and I remember him telling me this and also that if you have moments when you can't seem to stay away from the foods we soooo love (not the healthy ones), we should try to limit ourselves of these foods. He suggested that I pick one day a week and one meal on that day were I could eat one of my favorite foods. For example....Sunday dinner. This should only take place for about a month...then every other Sunday, then once a month. He also informed me that for women...who crave chocolate, during that wonderful time of the month, to take ONE Hersey's Kiss and let it melt in your mouth. He stated that cravings only last for a couple of minutes and if you let it melt in your mouth for a couple of minutes the craving will cease. Most times I put two in my mouth..lol, I cheated a little. At the time this worked for me. Now that I am interested in losing weight again I am going to continue doing these things. I just wanted to offer what I knew to work. I hope this helps even just a little. =)
