Great last few days! Had a couple good workouts and ate very well too. The next few days will be tough because my wife is on vacation and her brother and family are up, which means lots of great food and drink. I will have to be strong , very strong.
256.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
