Today my DH and I are starting on a better food plan, we both are cutting back on calories, I am going to shoot for 1200-1500 a day. On Monday 12/17, I am starting a membership at a local gym, it should help me in so many ways.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
