DDR is a major workout. Man, I'm melting but it's totally worth it :) Can not believe I've lost 10lbs already. This is so freaking awesome.

Have a busy day in the sun ahead - need to go shower and get ready for wine and fireworks :)

261.9 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 96.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey I wanted to tell you....I joined another gym this week. Anytime Fitness....they are supposedly ALL over US....ANYWAY point is .....it is kinda smaller than gym I was at...but MUCH nicer equipment. And best part of all???? NO STAIR MASTER!!!!! Lol....so what does that tell ya!!!! Lol I noticed that and thought of you feeling intimidated by one.....hell Anytime obviously hates them too!!! Lol Have a great day!!!!! Oh and thanks for Capri advice....I actually bought some when I joined gym....and I still prefer the "shorts" kinda. And truth be told...I have the FLATTEST ( no not fat...although that too...but FLAT) ass ever!!! So with shorts I wear BIG long shirt!!! Lol

Hi, We don't know each other, but I go to anytime fitness and I love them. I moved to NC from MI and didn't have to worry about finding a new gym. I also can keep up with the gym when I travel, since they really are all over the place. I find that each gym has slightly different equipment, so if you want variety you can see if they are a couple in your area (there were 3 by me in MI). I hate to break it to you, but the one I go to now has a stair-master. ;/
