I went back to work yesterday, and went out to dinner w a friend after work. Calories were lowish, but salt was high (3990!). Soup gets me every time!

Yesterday's #'s: Chol 175 /Fat 47/ Carbs 132/ Sugar 13/ Prot 47/ Cals 1140/ Cals spent 2361 / 101 oz
252.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 92.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
