成也水份敗也水份😑😑😑
昨天傍晚覺得肌肉酸痛,所以把晚上想堅持做30日的10分運動停掉,提早一點去睡卻半夜一直醒😰😰😰半夜雨大了些三點多跑去看客廳窗戶順便量體重49.4,躺下後又想想不對又起床關後院窗戶😓😓😓五點出頭醒來賴到五點半實在睡不著只好認命爬起,體重又回到前天的49.6😑😑😑
109.3 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
