Great day on target yesterday with food and exercise! Had that weird right side pain last night, so took benadryl, zantac 150 and two tylenol. So of course, did great until midnight, then ate all the rest of the birthday cake and lemon cake, and had an ounce of wine :( at least all the cake is gone! Still lost 2.4 pounds ;)
