OK, I haven't recorded and food or exercise for a few days. Things have been a bit annoying and exhausting at home. Let's just say computer room was pretty much dismantled (comps and desks moved out, rug replaced) and cleaned thoroughly because we have a problem with tiny red ants (and I mean tiny). I am now forcing the family to eat at the table (something we rarely ever do).
So, I am counting last night's cleaning bonanza as exercise - I was sweating enough. Today I walked to grab part of lunch (Sweet Potato Fries - yum), so that's exercise too. I haven't had time to attempt the Shred again or do any WiiFit activities. My weigh-in I put in today was actually from two days ago.
