Yesterday was my 1st full day of atkins
116.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1819 kcal Fat: 128.81g | Prot: 83.31g | Carb: 118.20g.   Breakfast: SARGENTO REDUCED FAT PEPPER JACK, canola mayo best foods, egg. Lunch: jarlsberg lite, Walnuts, Half & Half, 100% Pure Pumpkin, MUSHROOMS, WEIGHT WATCHERS CHICKEN BURGER. Dinner: ATKINS HAZELNUT, ALMONDS , LAND O LAKES SPREADABLE BUTTER, PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS. Snacks/Other: SUGAR FREE SALT WATER TAFFY, HERSHEYS SUGAR FREE CARAMELS, Virgin Coconut Oil, atkins brownie. more...
