1868 kcal Fat: 69.30g | Prot: 88.76g | Carb: 223.79g.   Breakfast: Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: Strawberries, Fresh Cut Green Beans, Whole Wheat Bread, Brown Sugar Baked Ham, Mayonnaise. Dinner: Velveeta Cheese Slices, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Snacks/Other: Vanilla Ice Creams, 1% Fat Milk, Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Butter), Light Fat Free Yogurt - Blueberry Patch. more...
