1678 kcal Fat: 47.15g | Prot: 78.82g | Carb: 229.70g.   Breakfast: Upside Down Cake (All Fruits), 1% Fat Milk, Apple Cinnamon Cheerios. Lunch: Fresh Cut Green Beans, Tomatoes, Sweet Onions, Ketchup, Lettuce, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Dinner: Double Chocolate Chip Cookie, 3 Cheese Potatoes, Dinner Rolls, Fat Free Ranch Dressing, Lettuce, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Light Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt. more...
